CFK lands in France, heads to Nice for G20 Summit

A few minutes after 1:30 pm, President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner landed in Nice, where she was greeted by the Argentine ambassador in Paris, Aldo Ferrer, and from there will travel by land to Cannes, where she will take part in the G20 Summit on Thursday and Friday.

She is expected to meet privately with US president Barack Obama on Friday.

According to official sources, after flying from Barcelona to Nice, the Head of State was greeted by Ferrer and taken to the Majestic Hotel in Cannes, where she will be staying during the Summit.

On Wednesday, she is scheduled to meet with representatives from the International Labour Organization, where she will be joined by Labour Minister Carlos Tomada and other union leaders from around the world.
