Leading up to the general elections this Sunday, the country is officially under an electoral ban. In line with the National Electoral Code, until Sunday no electoral polls are to be published, rallies are forbidden and election material distribution banned across the whole country.
Therefore over the weekend, open-air concerts, public theatre works, sporting events or any public events that have no relation to the election are officially prohibited.
In addition, the selling of alcoholic beverages is also prohibited until three hours after the closing of the ballot.
