Buenos Aires City Prosecutor Carlos Rolero last night ordered the eviction of the neighbouring lands to the Indoamericano Park in Villa Lugano, which were again taken over.
Rolero told reporters he had requested the courts to carry out a raid “pacifically or using the public force.”
A new land takeover at the same park where a grab three years ago left three people dead, took place yesterday in a neighbouring patch of land, leading to clashes that ended with one person killed.
Around 500 people were illegally occupying these lands setting up tents and demarcating the area to build their houses.
