Massa ruled out of Gov’t-opposition talks

MassaIt should not be expected that Sergio Massa takes part in the bilateral talks the government has launched in a show of rapprochement with opposition figures. Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich affirmed he had no plans to receive the Renewal Front head saying Congress will be the appropriate place to “make all the questions he wants to make.”

“Sergio Massa, as an opposition leader, will be able to make all the questions he wants when he attends the Lower House,” Capitanich told reporters ruling out the possibility of a meeting with the ex head of ministers during the first administration of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and elected MP Sergio Massa.

Instead, Jorge Capitanich has coordinated reunions with the Buenos Aires City Mayor Mauricio Macri and governor of the Santa Fe province Antonio Bonfatti for this week.
