After the deadly shootout between two rival factions of Boca Juniors barra bravas, Security Secretary Sergio Berni said the judiciary must investigate the links between hooligans and club managers.
What happened yesterday “could never happen if club managers didn’t allow it,” Berni warned today. “Many sectors take part in the soccer violence,” he added.
He reiterated that matches should be played without visiting public warning “this is not a definitive solution to the problem but will help.”
