Buenos Aires City security Minister Guillermo Montenegro admitted today that the level of violence and insecurity cases within the country’s capital city as well the Greater Buenos Aires area have reached some warning levels lately.
Montenegro’s comments came after last night’s murder 35-year-old Metropolitan Police officer Leandro Rojas when he was parking his car at his house’s garage in Southern Greater Buenos Aires district of Avellaneda
The time of changing the way we work has come, Montenegro said and added, “Unfortunately it was the Metroppolitan’s police first casualty
“Nowadays we see an increasing number of criminals and robbers, and if we don’t conduct a joint work to control illegal activities at slums, unfortunately this type of cases will turn into something common.”
