The ongoing conflict between the City and the National Government over who takes over the management of the subway administration has landed in court. Mayor Mauricio Macri filed for a precautionary measure, City Hall sources confirmed.
Macri’s made his request on Monday morning and it became public moments after the media reported a letter that Planning Minister Julio De Vido sent Macri, urging him to change his mind take over the subway management.
Macri filed for a precautionary measure which he hopes will remain in place unless the National Government complies with what is stated in the agreement signed by both parties last January.
