The inflation accumulated a 9.5 percent increase in 2011 compared to the volume registered in 2010, according to the Indec national statistics bureau.
The Consumer Prices Index (IPC) also stated that the inflation rose 0.8 percent in December.
The final figures are considerably lower than the ones reported by the «Congress Index,» which had reported an inflation of 22.8 percent.
