After being sworn-in, Santa Fe governor Antonio Bonfatti gave his inaugural speech before the provincial Legislative Assembly and assured that his government “would continue to expand the changes that were started by outgoing governor Hermes Binner.
“We will continue to go down that road by maintaining a firm grip on responsibility,” Bonfatti said, adding that “state reforms will be one of their main concerns” in order to move forward with a “kinder, more agile, efficient state.”
At the beginning of his speech, Bonfatti indicated that after being sworn-in, he sealed “his commitment to a collective construction forged jointly by thousands of people in the province,” and added that he takes office “in order to carry on with a task that we have been preparing all our lives to complete.”
