The three family members and doctor convicted for the covering up of María Marta García Belsunce’s murder will be taken to the Greater Buenos Aires area of Campana prison, where widower Carlos Carrascosa is purging his life imprisonment sentence as the author of the crime. A court denied a release request.
Police sources informed that San Isidro Criminal Court also decided that the fifth convicted man, Sergio Binello, is taken to a La Plata prison.
On Wednesday, Oscar Quintana and Carlos Blanco rejected the habeas corpus plea presented by the five convicted people –Horacio García Belsunce, Guilllermo Bártoli, John Hurtig, Juan Carlos Gauvry Gordon and Sergio Binello.
