President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner said that “Argentina is facing an unprecedented global crisis in an orderly and organized way,”while heading the inauguration of a new wind power plant in the Greater Buenos Aires area of Florencio Varela.The Head of State resumed her activities after a two day rest due to a low pressure episode.
Likewise, Fernández de Kirchner stressed the fact that her a her administration has built an “economic, political, social and cultural model that aims to give opportunities to the Argentine people,” and that she “will keep on working with the same strength and conviction,” if she is reelected on the October 23rd elections, as most polls predict she will.
Fernández de Kirchner fondly recalled her late husband, former President Fernández de Kirchner, and said he lives in every family that receives the Universal Child allowance, on every student that was given a netbook as part of the Conectar Igualdad programme and in every public work inaugurated in the last eight years.
