Binner blasts Duhalde, affirming ‘links with Menem and public funds distribution’

Presidential candidate for the Progressive Front (FAP), Hermes Binner, blasted his competitor Eduardo Duhalde, by stating that the former caretaker president “had something to do with the economic policies made by Domingo Cavallo, and the distribution of public funds.”

“The fact that Eduardo Duhalde criticizes me doesn’t worry me. He has had a lot to do with what has happened in the country, with (Carlos) Menem, with Cavallo’s economic policies, and with the giving away and distributing of public funds,” Binner said.

The Santa Fe Governor reaffirmed his statements by remarking, “there is nothing that unites us with Duhalde.”
