The operation of distributing the ballot boxes and ballot papers to voting stations across the City of Buenos Aires began today with vans transporting them to hosting schools. The distribution was being made from the Nation Electoral Centre, located along José Salmún Feijó 555.
The National Electoral Court ordered the operation take place today to avoid delaying the starting time for voting tomorrow, which will define the candidates who will go forward to the upcoming elections on October 23.
The operation involved 36 vans, guarded by Federal Police, which are to make their way around 830 schools across the Capital.
