Gov’t files complaint against Stiuso for dereliction of duty

AFI federal intelligence agency head Oscar Parrilli has announced the government has filed a criminal complaint against former spy Antonio Stiuso for dereliction of duty, during a press conference held at Government House.

Parrilli explained the complaint is related to Stiuso’s collaboration with late AMIA special prosecutor Alberto Nisman in the probe into the AMIA terrorist attack, which left 85 dead in 1994.

The AFI head also criticised Stiuso for not showing up at the federal intelligence offices yesterday to present a report on his participation in the probe.
