Daniel Salcedo and Osvaldo Raffo – the experts who conducted a forensic report by request of the plaintiff, saying Alberto Nisman was killed -, showed up before prosecutor Viviana Fein to ratify their work.
“We have ratified the report in all its content, including the point 12,” Salcedo told reporters as he left Fein’s office today.
Earlier this morning, the ex wife of Alberto Nisman, judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado, questioned comments by prosecutor Fein regarding the so called “point 12” which refers to Alberto Nisman death and particularly that he was on his knees when he was allegedly shot by an attacker. Fein had denied the existence of the “point 12” while Arroyo Salgado later affirmed it was part of the forensic report that was presented last week.
Still, Salcedo refused to give further information on the controversial issue saying it was “not convenient” to provide details because it could lead to a “rebuttal” of the “point 12.”
The plaintiff, Salcedo added, accuses “no one.”
“What we say is how, when and where, not who and why,” the expert pointed out and explained his team was analyzing as well Nisman’s electronic devices and communications.
“Information is exchanged, studied and then an analysis is made and an opinion that has to be well founded.”
