Prosecutor Viviana Fein has welcomed the data revealed by San Isidro judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado on the death of her ex husband Alberto Nisman, but said she cannot determine if the late prosecutor was killed or committed suicide until a group of experts analyzes the forensic tests conducted.
“I cannot determine for the moment whether it was a suicide or a homicide,” Fein told reporters after the press conference held by Arroyo Salgado in San Isidro, where the judge revealed results of a medical forensic test carried out.
“The medical aspect of the probe will be analyzed by medical experts provided by the Supreme Court. They are the only ones who can do it. Arroyo Salgado is not an expert and neither am I,” she added.
Earlier today, Arroyo Salgado said her team has arrived at the conclusion that Nisman was “without a doubt a murderer victim”.
