President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner met with several of her ministers in Olivos presidential residency, where she is recovering from an ankle fracture she suffered during Christmas holidays.
Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich, Economy Minister Axel Kicillof and the head of the Planning Ministry Julio De Vido reported to the convalescing head of state in Olivos this afternoon. No official news of the meetings was released.
The ankle fracture has forced the head of state to cancel all official events until next month, when she will be travelling to China to forge closer commercial ties with Beijing.
