The INDEC statistics bureau has revealed the national inflation rate hit 1.4 percent in September, a marginal increase compared to August, which registered a 1.3% hike in goods and services.
According to the National Urban Consumer index (IPCNu) released by the institute, the rise was boosted by the clothing and foods and beverages sectors.
The IPCNu accumulates a 19.8% increase taking into account the first nine months of 2014.
Meanwhile, wholesale prices went up 1.6% in September (24.4% in the year), and construction costs rose 1.1% (29.1% since December 2013).
