VP Boudou seeks dismissal of false car papers indictment

Vicepresident Amado Boudou has filed an appeal against his indictment for the purchase of an Honda vehicle in the 90s with fake documents. He reiterated his claim that the crime was commited by the agents in charge of the car’s ownership transfer.
The appeal was filed in written at Buenos Aires City Federal Courts by the VP’s lawyers Martín Magram and Jacobo Grossman ahead of a new hearing called for tomorrow by judge Claudio Bonadio.
Boudou seeks for the court to dismiss his indictment, arguiging that both him and his former girlfriend Agustina Seguin were victims of the National Automobile Registry (RNA) agents.
Along with the VP, Seguin, the head and three employees of the RNA have also been indicted.
