Buenos Aires Governor Daniel Scioli this morning came on stage to defend his decision to declare the state of security emergency in the province, and to urge politicians to “be in harmony with society, with what people are asking for.”
He added the decree aims at “understanding the fear of the most humble, of the people who go to work every day, the concern of our middle class.”
