Theatre producer and the husband of actress Nazarena Velez was found dead last night at his office in the Palermo neighbourhood.
The head of SAME emergency services Alberto Crescenti confirmed Rodríguez killed himself by «hanging.» «We received a 911 call and the ambulance took nine minutes to get to the scene where the team found a death by hanging,» he told reporters.
Media reports indicated the producer had called an employee minutes before committing suicide.
Velez arrived this morning in Buenos Aires from Miami where she was spending some days off with friends and family.
The couple, who got married in 2012, has a four-year-old son named Thiago.
