President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner today headed a rally at Tecnópolis science exhibition with allied governors, lawmakers and cabinet members as she is rushing to re launch the Victory Front’s race for October midterms.
She first announced a new programme of the Agriculture Ministry, headed by minister and Chubut candidate Norberto Yauhar, and handed over minibuses to schools across the country.
«Some talk about the future, I tell them the future is here, with all these youngsters. If this isn’t the future, where is it?, she said at the beginning of a heated speech.
“We will discuss with big-league players, not with those sitting on the substitute bench. I want to talk with the coaches, industry and bank leaders, and workers. This is not a match for substitutes,” Cristina fired.
Buenos Aires province Governor Daniel Scioli, Juan Manuel Urtubey (Salta), Sergio Urribarri (Entre Ríos), Lucía Corpacci (Catamarca), Gerardo Zamora (Santiago del Estero), Sergio Uñak (San Juan Vice Governor), Gildo Insfrán (Formosa), José Alperovich (Tucumán) and Martín Buzzi (Chubut) attended the rally, and of course, Lomas de Zamora Mayor and Lower House candidate Martín Insaurralde appeared onstage standing beside the president.
