Speaking to reporters this morning after his solid victory in Buenos Aires province in yesterday’s PASO primary elections, the Renewal Front leader Sergio Massa stressed the need to “think more about the future generations rather than in the upcoming elections.”
“Society chose to live in peace,” the Lower House candidate added. Massa warned, however, yesterday’s defeat was a manifestation of confidence, but “now we must build the confidence of those who didn’t vote us.”
“The electorate has rejected a black and white situation,” several candidates from the Renewal Front said today.
«People need to relax and calm down,” José Ignacio De Mendiguren, the former head of the Argentine Industrial Union and also Lower House candidate for the Renewal Front asserted.
“We are very happy as we achieved more than we had expected,” Adrián Perez said adding they will ask other political forces to join the Renewal Front list in October legislative elections.
