Superintendent Jorge Mangeri faced preventive imprisonment for the homicide of Ángeles Rawson found on CEAMSE landfills on 11 June, judicial sources said.
The measure was indicted by the judge Javier Feliciano Ríos who also accused Mangeri of “homicide with premeditation”.
Mangeri’s defence attorney Pablo Lanusse reaffirmed he would request investigation on taxi driver’s testifying where he said he had given Mangeri a ride to the CEAMSE landfill along with abig trash bag loaded on the trunk of the vehicle. Lanusse will seek to prove the taxi driver was not telling the truth.
