AMIA
Federal Judge Rodolfo Canicoba Corral will be in charge of ruling on the validity of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Argentina and Iran to jointly investigate the 1994 AMIA bombing in Buenos Aires which left 85 people killed.
Courtroom II of the National Appeals Court determined today that judge Canicoba Corral shall rule on an injunction filed by AMIA Jewish community centre and DAIA Israeli association asking to declare the Tehran accord “unconstitutional, invalid and inapplicable.”
