No signs of drug abuse in bodies of Salta teenagers, autopsy

An autopsy on the bodies of Salta teenagers Luján Peñalva and Yanina Nüesch, who were found dead a week ago hanging from a tree near their homes, suggested that neither of them had consumed drugs before dying, authorities said.

The results came after a toxicological exam on their bodies.

Judge Pablo Farah had ordered the exam on both their bodies in order to see if any traces of drug abuse were found.

Farah is now awaiting the details of the calls and conversations that they had on their cells phones before their deaths, authorities said.
