CFK arrives to Angola on official three-day visit

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner arrived to Angola this morning, beginning a three-day visit in which she will meet her counterpart, José Eduardo Dos Santos in addition to leading a trade mission alongside 400 Argentine businessmen.
The Head of State took off shortly before 8pm from the military sector of the Metropolitan airport last night and arrived early this morning to the capital of Angola, Luana.
The President was accompanied by Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman, Industry Minister Débora Giorgi, Agriculture Minister Norberto Yauhar and Public Communications Secretary, Alfredo Scoccimarro.
Senator Beatriz Rojkés de Alperovich will be the acting President for the time being, as Vice-president Amado Boudou is currently in Switzerland and expected to arrive in Buenos Aires on Thursday morning.
In her first activity in the West African country, Fernández de Kirchner will meet with members of the Organization of Angolan Woman, a human rights group founded by mothers who lost their children and husbands during the civil war.
On Friday, the President will meet her Angolan counterpart at the local government house and then will take part a lunch in her honour.
