Trade surplus reaches $4 billion in first third of 2012

Trade surplus reached 4 billion dollars during the first third of the year, President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner announced during a ceremony at the Government House.

“we are very happy because the trade surplus reached almost four billion dollars during the first third of the year, the Head of State assured.

Thus, April’s trade surplus was close to 1 billion dollars. April was worse, in terms of our trade surplus because our exports level decreased, because the world is falling aparte. Nonetheless, the month still gave a surplus.”
