Traffic was intense as tourists returned to the City as the four day long weekend came to a close. Over 2300 cars traveled down Route 2 as they reached the Samborombón outpost, police sources said.
“At middauy, 2000 cars were traveling per hour, but later in the evening that number as increasing and could reach 2300 later today.
Near 50 thousand cars were expected to return to the City today from seaside resorts along the Atlantic coast, and thus far, around 100, 000 cars traveled down the routes during the weekend.
