The Court of Appeals in Morón granted Gladys Cabrera’s release today, the owner of the house located in the Greater Buenos Aires area of Villa Tesei, where it is suspected that young murder victim Candela Rodríguez had been held captive before her death. The 11-year-old was found dead on August 31, 2011.
Court members questioned the driving force behind the case, pointing out that being the property owner of the house located along Kiernan 992 did not make Cabrera an automatic suspect, highlighting the fact that the woman was not the only person who had access to the property.
