UCR guarantees presence at budget debate

Radical Party Deputy, Oscar Aguad, ratified this morning that “even the government’s budget draft bill is based on false information; the Radical Party will guarantee its debate at the Lower House.”

Thus, the lawmaker made sure the participation of the Radical bloc.

“We [UCR] are going to guarantee the debate, even though it is a project that hides crucial information and statistics.”

Asked about what information is being hid by the government, Aguad said ”One clear example are the tax revenues, which are funds the Kirchnerism uses with total indiscretion. When they say they collected 100 pesos they have collected 130, hence there are some extra 30 that are neither authorized to be collected nor spent.”

Likewise, Aguad said “At this point the public spending is so high that there are no more sources or funds to finance it.”

Furthermore, the lawmaker indicated that he would participate on this week’s meeting of the Lower House’s Budget Committee, and that “the ruling party is trying to have the project discussed at the Lower House by next Wednesday 16.”

Next year’s Budget draft bill elaborated by the government forecasts a 5.1 percent increase of the GDP, while the dollar exchange rate was set an annual average of 4.40 pesos.
