Cabinet Chief rejects accusations, points at FpV opponents

Cabinet Chief Aníbal Fernández today rejected accusations about his alleged links to the General Rodríguez triple crime which occurred back in 2008.

Opposition media holding Clarín Group through its TV show “Periodismo para Todos” yesterday aired a report connecting the head of ministers to the crime. The accused in the probe pointed at Fernández as the alleged instigator of the murders of Sebastián Forza, Leopoldo Bina and Damián Ferrón, involved in an ephedrine trafficking network.

“It’s a rough operation against Kirchnerism because we have defended policies of the last 12 years,” the candidate for Buenos Aires gubernatorial elections told reporters this morning.

«We are put under the same condition of Víctor Hugo Morales. This ends in the trash can, as it must end,” the minister fired.

“They have been promised Money and a sentence review,” Fernández defended himself adding he will file lawsuits against Cannel 13, the production crew and both the accused.

He also pointed at his rival in the race for the PASO primaries to be held on Sunday, Julián Dominguez, and said: “The show was aimed at meddling in the Victory Front’s primaries.” “It’s an aggression financed by a fortune my opponents spent in the primaries,” he stressed.
