The US dollar increased half a cent today in Buenso Aires city banks and foreign exchange agencies and closed at 9.015 pesos.
Meanwhile, the so called «blue» parallel dollar rate also increased, rising two cents to end at 12.65 pesos in underground houses, ambito.com reported. Yesterday, the «blue» dropped another two cents to end at 12.63 pesos.
This way, the gap between the official US dollar rate and the «blue» stands at 40.3 percent. In addition, the blue chip swap rate increased seven cents at 11.72 pesos, while the stock exchange rate climbed one cents at 11.48 pesos.
The Central Bank yesterday boosted its reserves by 10 million dollars to reach 33.261 billion dollars.
