The INDEC statistics bureau has revealed that the trade surplus reached a total of 53 million dollars in February. The amount means a 20.5 percent increase on the same month of 2014.
During the first two months of the year the surplus hit 126 million dollars, a 60% increase compared to the 79 million dollars registered during the same period of 2014.
Exports in February clocked in at 4.064 billion dollars, while imports hit 4.011 billion. In both cases, figures decreased 25% compared to the previous year.
