Judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado, late Alberto Nisman’s ex wife and plaintiff in the investigation into his death, has formally requested for the probe to be led by the judge in charge of the case, Fabiana Palmaghini.
Judicial sources said that Arroyo Salgado filed a writ in the National Prosector’s Office for Preliminary Investigation in Criminal Matters, requesting Prosecutor Viviana Fein’s removal from the investigation, and for judge Palmaghini to take over.
