The ex-wife of late AMIA prosecutor Alberto Nisman, judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado, once more testified before investigating official Viviana Fein and has linked the motive of a possible murder with financial benefits.
According to C5N, in a statement taken yesterday by Fein the magistrate described «a special situation» which for her and the team of investigators she leads as the plaintiff in Nisman’s death points to the motivation behind the crime.
During Arroyo Salgado’s presentation, Diego Lagomarsino’s attorney Maximiliano Rusconi is believed to have been present and asked to witness the judge’s testimony. This request, however, was turned down, although the computer technician’s legal team did leave with a copy of the statement.
According to reports, a verbal altercation which was overhead by other court employees in the Prosecutor’s Office also took place.
