Rafecas reveals documents found in Nisman’s safe

Judge Daniel Rafecas, who last week dismissed the AMIA cover-up case against President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, has revealed the two documents found in the late AMIA special prosecutor’s safe.

Rafecas explained in a press release that he is disclosing the information as he considers it to be of “public interest.”

Last Sunday, President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner mentioned the two documents. One was written in December 2014 and the other in January 2015, days before Nisman was found dead. CFK said that Nisman spoke favorably of her speeches to the United Nations aimed at getting justice for the attack on AMIA, which killed 85 people.

«Which Nisman do I go with? With the one who accused us of a cover-up or the one who addressed me, acknowledging all we had done to bring justice?” she said.
