CGT opposition splinter leader Hugo Moyano has anticipated his union confederation will support the next government, no matter what political sign it has, as it will need a strong consensus in order to make “tough adjustments” in the country.
“I am convinced that the next government will need the support of the whole society, not only the labor movement. As things are going, it will have to produce very tough adjustments,” the teamster leader told reporters today.
Moyano pointed out he is “aware” of the difficult situation the current government will leave in 2015, saying that with “subsidies” and “thousands of families” living through the state, the next government will surely have to make “adjustments.”
“In order to do that, we have to have a union that acknowledges this and accompanies the future government with responsibility,” he said.
Asked about which presidential candidate he likes, Moyano admitted he has not decided yet, while urging them to “star talking about work”.
