Ruling Victory Front’s senator Aníbal Fernández considered a “stupidity” the opposition candidates’ pledge to abrogate laws passed during the Kirchnerite administration if they win the 2015 elections.
UCR party head Ernesto Sanz and Renewal Front’s lawmaker Felipe Solá have said that if they win next year vote they will abrogate many of the laws passed in the last decade.
Fernández said during an interview with Radio Nacional that the remarks “belong to people of little standing who attempt to gain little advantages” and he stated that opposition leaders “seek to gain advantages to gain power in order to get vengeance for no-one-knows-what.”
He described the comments as a “stupid idea” which shows “a great contempt for (Congress) work.”
Yesterday, well-known pro-government gay-rights activist Alex Freyre sparked controversy by claiming that if Renewal Front’s Sergio Massa or PRO’s Mauricio Macri became president it would result in shortages of HIV medication and the deaths of AIDS patients.
