The US dollar was trading at 8.15 pesos in Buenos Aires City banks and exchange offices after the Central Bank blocked foreign currency access to some importers.
Operators reiterated their criticism of the delays in the delivery of the official authorizations needed to buy dollars in order to import goods.
The Central Bank bought 40 million dollars, boosting its reserves by 6 millions dollars, totalizing 28.7 billion dollars.
Meanwhile, in the informal market, the so called «blue» dollar was trading steady at 11.60 pesos.
