After a steady opening this morning, the US dollar was climbing once cent to 8.12 pesos in Buenos Aires City banks and foreign exchange offices.
Crops exports decreased this week. Market analysts estimate around 100 million dollars are being sold off by grain exporters -50 million dollars less than previous rounds-, which only allowed Central Bank reserves to go up by 20 million dollars.
In the informal market, the so called «blue» dollar was jumping five cents to 11.55 pesos fueled by speculation, traders said.
