The US dollar remained unchanged today in banks and exchange offices at 8.08 pesos on a thin volume day due to a national holiday which kept US markets closed.
Eyes were on the «blue» dollar which today rose three cents to 11.40 pesos.
Analysts agreed that the price climb of the last business days were exaggerated causing its drop on Thursday and Friday, helped by a weaker demand and pressure from big buyers.
