US dollar higher at 7.875 pesos; ‘blue’ dips

The US dollar ended one cent higher today at banks and exchange offices in Buenos Aires city. After last Friday it reached the highest price since January devaluation, the US currency today closed at 7.875 pesos.
Analysts say the government will push the dollar price to 8 pesos make grain exporters to sell their stock.
The dollar which trades in the informal market, or so called “blue” dollar dropped eight cents to 11.73 pesos.
