Popular singer-songwriter Cacho Castaña was yesterday hospitalized after fainting suddenly, doctor Alfredo Cahe reported.
“We were concerned about a possible stroke, so we took him to hospital. He went under scan and, luckily, there wasn’t any embolism or haemorrhage,” the doctor explained.
The 71-year-old musician remained sedated in intensive therapy care unit, at press time. Castaña had been hospitalized in April after a not feeling well. Recently, he suffered an urinary infection.
