Alberto Nisman, prosecutor in charge of the AMIA case, was denied the opportunity to reveal his findings in front of the US Congress, in which he accuses the Iranian regime of carrying out the attack in Argentina.
The Argentine Prosecutor General, Alejandra Gils Carbó, once more refused the prosecutor permission, and he will not be able to offer US congressmen the conclusions made from his investigation.
Nisman maintains that Iran inflitrated several countries in the region through the installation of intelligence centres.
The bombing of the AMIA, perpetrated in July 1994, was the most deadly terrorist attack in Argentine history. 85 people were killed, while over 300 people were injured. The investigation to find the culprits remains open.
