A federal court has revoked Mario Cirigliano’s devoid of merit claim, prosecuting him for the Once rail tragedy that cost the lives of 51 people on February 22 last year.
In that sense, the Tribunal ruled against a decision by federal judge Claudio Bonadío who had found Cirigliano’s claim devoid of merit and ordered the Once case to be immediately taken to oral trial.
Trains of Buenos Aires (TBA in Spanish) –run by Mario and his brother Claudio Cirigliano- was the company operating the Sarmiento train service when the accident took place last year.
