Vice President Amado Boudou today asked to build up “a new international financial architecture” focused on “the need to change the adjustment policies.” During a speech at the Doha Forum after meeting with local business representatives and officials, he said a new financial architecture would bring “equal opportunities in our countries after overcoming the crisis.”
Boudou proposed “a change of recipes” to ensure “a vigorous and inclusive growth, because it’s impossible to reach the peace without people’s inclusiveness.”
Boudou admitted: “The bad news is that we still have many conservative regimes which refuse to accept changes; but the good news is that we have countries like Qatar and regions like South America where new policies move forward changing the course of the history.”
