President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner visited an assistance centre in La Plata providing support to the victims of the flood and assured that «we need to rebuild the confidence of all Argentines.»
Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, as well as Buenos Aires province governor Daniel Scioli arrived on a helicopter to personally supervise any progress and the results of rescue tasks for the victims.
Among other authorities who visited La Plata today are the Minister of Social development Alicia Kirchner, Security secretary Sergio Berni, Minister of industry Débora Giorgi and the leader of La La Cámpora Andrés Larroque.
