Moyano suggests holding collective bargaining talks twice a year

Dissident CGT secretary general, Hugo Moyano, warned that salary negotiations will begin at least at 25 percent and called to hold collective bargaining talks twice a year so salaries “do not lose their purchasing power.”

“If inflation keeps going up, we will undoubtedly have to split the collective bargaining process into two so salaries do not their purchasing power,” he said, and compared it to the recent talks held by the banking unions.

Moyano made these statements while entering a meeting of the organization’s board, currently at odds with the National Government.
