Adalberto Cuello was found guilty of the murder of his former 9-year-old step-son Tomás Dameno Santillán, who was killed in the town of Lincoln in November 2011. He was sentenced to life in prison.
The verdict was reached unanimously by judges Miguel Angel Vilaseca Parisi, Karina Lorena Piegari and Claudia Beatriz Dana in the Criminal Court of Junín.
